$500 Large Furnished Bedroom, Ideal for Female Student
We have a large fully furnished bedroom for rent. It has a full-size bed, dresser, mirror, computer desk, table, chair, book case, clock radio, lamp, etc. You will be sharing the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom will be shared with two girls, my daughter (14) and another renter (21). There are laundry facilities on the main floor and a living room with a 50" Sony TV. You have full use of all common areas. We don't allow smokers, drug users or persons who drink too much. We prefer a female student as our home is quiet and we have other females in our home. UVic is about 10-15 mins by bus, Camosun College (Lansdowne) is about 5 mins by bus and so is downtown only 5 mins by bus. Jubilee Hospital is also very close. Rent is $500 per month inclusive of all utilities except the telephone. You will have to provide your own cell phone or get a land line into your room. Wireless internet is also available and included. The room is available right now. Damage deposit is $250 which will be returned when you leave and no damage done.
